Organization for Road System Enhancement, hereinafter referred to as ORSE, promises to obey the laws, ordinances, and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, to establish independent rules and structures taking into consideration international trends, to set the guidelines for the protection of personal information as stated below, and to execute and maintain these guidelines.

  1. ORSE obeys the laws, ordinances, and other regulations concerning the appropriate handling of personal information.
  2. ORSE defines the purpose of the use of personal information and does not keep personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfill its defined purpose.
  3. ORSE publishes the usage purpose of personal information and defines the purpose, in writing,when directly obtaining personal information.
  4. ORSE dose not use or provide the personal information it possesses for purposes other than defined; excluding cases consistent with laws and ordinances.
  5. ORSE endeavors to match the personal information it possesses with facts in order to comply with the purpose of use.
  6. ORSE devises the necessary measures to prevent leaking any personal information it possesses.
  7. ORSE endeavors to keep every employee informed that they may not make notice of or make improper use of, without permission, the personal information they may see while doing their job.
  8. ORSE continuously endeavors to improve the management system and measures taken to protect personal information.
